YOU WANT IT TO LOOK LIKE.
I want your big day to really feel like it fully aligns with you and your partner. Your session or wedding day doesn’t have to look like it came off pinterest, it just has to look like you. Whether we’re going for a hike up a grassy hill, jumping into the nearest lake, or driving around the city in an old car, your images should feel like you went out for a typical date night and I just happened to stumble past you with my camera. I focus on the feeling of nostalgia and giving you timeless imagery that you'll be able to proudly hang on your wall and say "yup, that's us".
Many people have told me they feel uncomfortable in front of a lens, and I can totally relate. I’m not a fan of being on the other side of the lens, but I promise that I'm so comfortable behind the camera that you will shake off all your worries. Before the session I recommend doing what you need to do to make it special and to feel your best. Is it taking the day off work? Getting your hair done? Maybe it's taking a shot of your fav kind of alcohol before we start?? I don’t care what it is, DO IT. Because when you let your guard down, your true self will shine through in your photos; and that’s where the real magic happens.

Kaitlyn did our couples session and to say it was amazing is an understatement. My boyfriend and I were nervous as it was slightly out of our comfort zone and something we haven’t done before. Life happens! I get it and sometimes weather, family circumstances or other things out of your control may happen. That’s okay! I am always open to rescheduling due to those things, however if you need to reschedule a second time there will be a fee. If you cancel you will not be refunded.

I absolutely love traveling, but I haven't done a ton of traveling for photography outside of Saskatchewan but I’d love to dip my toes in the water! If you have a place you would like me to be, just ask! We will figure something out!

It always changes. I am an overshooter by nature,so I usually walk out of a session with hundreds of images. I will give as many photos from the session/wedding that speak to me and help tell the story of you. For a wedding it averages around 60-80 photos per hour.
